ARIZONA ARSENAL SOCCER CLUB  2-0  PHX HEAT FC

Ariana Ellison and Hailey Garvin scored goals as Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club (1-0-4) earned its first win of the season topping PHX Heat FC  (0-0-4) 2-0. Cassidy Hofstetter kept the scoresheet clean for Arsenal.

ARIZONA ARSENAL SOCCER CLUB  1-5  SC del SOL

SC del Sol (3-0-2) picked up three vital points on the road with a 5-1 win over Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club (1-0-5). Farrah Walters scored a hat trick and Tatum Thomason and Jordyn Smith added goals in the win. Tyra King scored for Arizona Arsenal.

PHX HEAT FC  1-8  FC TUCSON

FC Tucson moved to 3-1-1 with a 8-1 win over PHX Heat FC. (0-0-5). Meredith Scott and Milana Eyrich tallied braces and Ashly Martinez, Leticia Seabra, Fiorela Miranda, and Zoey Gist added goals in the win. Justyse Smith scored for PHX Heat. 

 

Saturday, June 21

(23/4) ROYALS AZ  4-0  EL PASO SURF

Royals AZ (5-1-1) stayed at the top of the Desert Conference with a 4-0 win over El Paso Surf (3-0-5). Larkin Thomason scored a hat trick and Ellie Johannes added a goal in the win. Taylor Prigge earned the clean sheet in goal for Royals AZ.

FC TUCSON   2-1  (6W) DESERT DREAMS F.C.

FC Tucson (4-1-1) handed Desert Dreams F.C. (4-0-1) its first WPSL loss Saturday 2-1. Fiorela Miranda and Zoey Gist scored goals for Tucson. Kylee Evans scored for Desert Dreams.

SC del SOL  8-0  PHX HEAT FC

Farrah Walters scored a hat trick, Tatum Thomason tallied a brace, and Grace Gillard, Londyn Lovell, and Paige Harris added goals as SC del Sol (6-0-0) topped PHX Heat FC (1-0-5) 8-0. Ivy Nystrom earned the clean sheet in goal for SC del Sol.

(15/3) PORTLAND THORNS FC II  FW-FL  SEATTLE REIGN FC II

Portland Thorns FC II moved to 6-0-0 with a forfeit win over Seattle Reign FC II (1-5-2).

(15/3) PORTLAND THORNS FC II  3-1  SPOKANE SC SHADOW

Portland Thorns FC II clinched the Pac Northwest Conference with a 3-1 win over (7-0-0) Spokane SC Shadow (2-0-3). Emelia Warta, Taylor Bryan, and Kenley Whittaker scored for Portland in the win. Anamari Bosnjak scored for Spokane SC Shadow.

VANCOUVER VICTORY  1-2  SPOKANE SC SHADOW

Spokane SC Shadow moved to 3-0-3 with a 2-1 road win at Vancouver Victory (1-0-5). Parker Maris put the hosts in the lead in the 29th minute. Delani Walker leveled the score for Spokane in the 33rd minute, and Kendall Moore put the visitors ahead in the 53rd minute.

WESTSIDE METROS FC  1-3  (15/3) PORTLAND THORNS FC II

The Portland Thorns FC II went a perfect 8-0-0 in its second WPSL season with a 3-1 road win over Westside Metros FC (3-0-3). Kenley Whittaker, Sphoia Rubano, and Blane McElroy scored goals for Portland in the win. Eileen Jeschke scored for Westside Metros FC.

VANCOUVER VICTORY  0-0  WESTSIDE METROS FC

Vancouver Victory (1-1-5) and Westside Metros FC (3-1-3) played to a 0-0 draw to close out Matchweek Seven. Goalkeepers Keely Wieczorek for Vancouver and Abigail Pressnell for Westside kept clean sheets.

SAN FRANCISCO KNIGHTHAWKS  1-1  (24/5) FC DAVIS

S Plancarte scored from the penalty spot for San Francisco Nighthawks (1-1-2) in the 16th minute and E Buettner equalized for FC Davis (3-1-1) in the 71st as the two clubs split points with a 1-1 draw.

Megan Galvan and Morgan Goff scored goals as Fresno Freeze FC (3-0-2) topped San Francisco Elite Soccer Club 2-0.

Isabella Hernandez and Lexie Randolph scored goals as San Ramon F.C. (3-0-2) topped Iron Rose FC (1-2-3) 2-0. Rachel Burkes kept the clean sheet in goal for San Ramon F.C.

Fresno Freeze FC moved to 4-0-2 with a 2-1 road win at Napa Valley 1839 F.C. (2-0-4). Abigail Herren and Ryen Darling-Clay scored for Fresno. Samantha Fenske scored for Napa Valley.

(11/2) CALIFORNIA STORM  3-1  SAN FRANCISCO NIGHTHAWKS

California Storm moved to 4-0-0 with a 3-1 win over longtime rivals, San Francisco Nighthawks. Lauren Hunter, Sarah Foley, and Paige Thompson scored for the Storm in the win. Sulma Plancarte scored for San Francisco.

SOCAL DUTCH LIONS FC  2-2  SAN DIEGO DONS

SoCal Dutch Lions FC (1-1-5) and San Diego Dons (4-1-1) played to a 2-2 draw to open Matchweek Seven in the SoCal Conference. A pair of Brooke Holden put San Diego up 2-0 in the second half before Jenika Davies responded with a brace for SoCal in the 74th and and 77th minutes.

SAN DIEGO DONS  4-3  (10W) SAN DIEGO STRIKERS

San Diego Dons (5-1-1) picked up a second win on the week with a 4-3 win over San Diego Strikers (5-0-3). Lizzie Boamah scored twice, and Cecelia Egan, and Kaela Martinez added goals in the win for the Dons. Kiera Cardenas scored all three goals for the Strikers.

SOCAL DUTCH LIONS FC  1-2  (9W) REBELS SOCCER CLUB

Mia Lane and Emma Elias scored goals as Rebels Soccer Club (4-0-3) topped SoCal Dutch Lions FC (1-1-6) 2-1. Olivia Jandreski scored for SoCal.

SO Cal Union FC moved to 5-2-0 with a 1-0 road win over Southern California Eagles (3-0-6). Ciara Caringal scored for So Cal and Gia Kiesling earned the clean sheet in goal.

San Diego Parceiro (2-0-5) topped Albion San Diego (2-0-5) 3-1 Friday. Indigo Sims scored a hat trick for Parceiro in the win. Tristan Tessier scored for Albion.

SAN DIEGO DONS  3-2  (7/1) FC PREMIER

San Diego Dons (6-1-1) picked up its second win of the week with a 3-2 win over FC Premier (5-1-1). Kelsey Oen put San Diego up 1-0 in the 33 before Bella Cruz equalized for Premier right at halftime. Brooke Holden made it 2-1 for the Dons in the 48th minute, and Kelsey Branson made it 3-1 in the 55th minute. Christiane Sundstrom made it 3-2 in stoppage time.

San Diego Parceiro (3-0-5) topped LA Surf Soccer Club (0-0-8) 2-1 behind goals by Kinley Herrera and Wakaba Kogure. Bri Mcreynolds scored for LA Surf.

Ameera White scored the only goal as Rebels Soccer Club moved to 5-0-3 with a 1-0 road win over Southern California Eagles 3-0-7. Julia Pinell earned the clean sheet in goal for Rebels.

Claire Curran, Kelsey Branson, and Kaitlin Surber scored goals as San Diego Dons (7-1-1) moved to the top of the SoCal Conference with a 3-1 win over So Cal Union FC. Sydney Bailey scored for So Cal in the loss.

Izzy Matteson scored the game winner in first half stoppage time and Maya Powell kept the score sheet clean as Albion San Diego (3-0-5) topped Beach Futbol Club (5-1-2) to close out Matchweek Seven.
