Austing Rise FC (2-1-0) moved to the top of the Lone Star Conference with a 2-0 win over Fort Worth Vaqueras (0-0-2). Aika Tobaru scored in the second minute and Saki Takaki doubled Austin’s lead in the 16th. Goalkeeper Peyton Urban earned the clean sheet in goal.

Futolera Select (0-2-0) picked up its second straight draw at home, playing FC Dallas Women (1-1-1) to a 1-1 deadlock. Libby Jannereth put the visitors in the lead in the 57th minute. Emelly Chicas Cabrera leveled things from the penalty spot in the 72nd.

The Fort Worth Vaqueras (0-1-2) earned its first WPSL point with a 1-1 road draw at Corinthians FC of San Antonio (0-1-1). Aiden Bailey put the visitors in the lead in first half stoppage time. Gabriela Mendez Ortiz leveled things for the hosts in the second half.

Austin Rise FC (3-1-0) climbed to the top of the Lone Star Conference closing out the week with a 3-1 road win over SouthStar FC (1-0-1). Saki Takaki put the visitors in the lead in the 20th minute from the penalty spot. Emma Torres made it 2-0 in the 75th minute. Michelle Davidson made it 3-0 with eight minutes to play in the match. Shanti Weddington pulled SouthStar a goal back in injury time but it was not enough.

Lou Fusz Athletic (3-0-0) showed why it is the 10th ranked team in the country with a 1-0 win over Missouri Reign (0-0-2) on just a day’s rest. Madison Vasiloff scored her second goal of the season in the win. Caroline Ritter earned her third consecutive clean sheet in goal for Athletic.

Peoria City (1-0-2) picked up its first WPSL win cruising past Junction FC (0-0-2) 7-0. Joella Livingston, Rylann Law, and AJ Mayock each tallied braces, and Aniya Seymoure had a goal in win. Peyton Rhodes earned the clean sheet in goal.

Lou Fusz Athletic (3-1-0) closed out the week with a tough 1-1 road draw over No. 19 FC Pride (2-1-0). Haylee Braun put the visitors up in the 37th minute. Breece Bass drew things level in second half stoppage time to salvage the draw. Both ranked teams remain unbeaten on the season.

Londynn Hagen scored twice, and Rylee McLanahan, Sabrina Guzman, Evie Munn, and Macey McFarlane scored for the 16th-ranked side in the nation. Goalkeeper, Callie Sullivan, earned the clean sheet in her first start in goal.

Union KC (3-0-0) moved within striking distance of the top spot in the Heartland Division thanks to a 5-1 win over FC Wichita (1-1-2). Adriana Benassi and Grace Vest each had two goals in the win, along with a goal from Cherry Yu. Hanna Castro scored for Wichita.
