The Minnesota senior recorded over 200 minutes across the three matches and contributed to seven of Salvo’s 11 goals on the week.

The center back showed just how impactful defense can be in a match after scoring two of UK’s three goals in its win over Washington Dutch Lions FC – UK’s first win in its inaugural season. Additionally, Taylor scored a 76’ minute game winner against Alexandria Reds in UK’s second match of the week, putting it at third in The District division table.

Taylor didn’t turn her back on defense when making offensive strides and impacted the back line as well.  Going into Week 5, UK F.C. had allowed 14 goals in three matches. In the two matches in Week 5, it only allowed two goals – one per match.
